[일간스포트=이미현 기자] “UNTITLED” has been confirmed as the title track of G-DRAGON’s new solo album. “KWON JI YONG”, G-DRAGON’s first solo album in 4 years, is finally unveiled today (June 8). On June 8 in the morning, YG Entertainment unveiled the track list of five songs included in G-DRAGON’s new solo album on the company’s official blog (

The track list includes five songs: intro track “MIDDLE FINGERS-UP”, “BULLSHIT”, “SUPER STAR”, “UNTITLED”, and “DIVINA COMMEDIA”. Title track “UNTITLED” is a slow song with an impressive piano melody and lyrics in which G-DRAGON sings about past love in a tender and sentimental mood.

The song that was recently mentioned by YG’s head producer YANG HYUN SUK on his social media account as “#a song I strongly recommend #GDslowsong” has been turned out to be title track “UNTITLED”.

BIGBANG’s leader G-DRAGON has a substantial influence in the world of music, fashion, and culture. It is undeniable that he has played the pivotal role in making today’s BIGBANG by taking part in writing the melody and lyrics of most of BIGBANG songs released for the past 10 years. He has also created numerous solo hits.

Such great achievement would also have put a great sense of burden on G-DRAGON. In his new album, G-DRAGON openly talks about his stories and thoughts as one of grown-ups and his feelings about the beginning of his thirties, as ordinary person “KWON JI YONG”.

In other words, G-DRAGON put his own stories as an ordinary person “KWON JI YONG” and the music of his own style in the new solo album, not efforts to create another hit song. The new album has all the more significant meaning, as G-DRAGON led all the work for the album including the planning of the project and design of the jacket and all the images for the new songs.

“KWON JI YONG”, G-DRAGON’s first solo album in four years, will be unveiled today (June 8) at 6PM with the music video of title track “UNTITLED”. On June 10, G-DRAGON will kick off his solo world tour “2017 CONCERT <ACT III, M.O.T.T.E>” at Sang-am World Cup Stadium in Seoul.
